Sweaty, Chewy, Sporty

Sweaty
Yeliu definitely has a wonderful geological site. Its Queen's Head, Mushroom Rock, Candle Rock and Elephant Rock etc. are phenomenal and it makes us wonder what could the Mother nature not do. As far as the scenery is concerned, I was bewildered by its landscape, but the weather is killing. I predicted the temperature went as high up to 38 degree Celsius as possible. We were all drenched with sweat even though we only took a stroll along the shore. We intended to walk further to the edge but due to time constraint, we headed back to the visitor centre. I guess the plus point for the sweaty trip was to burn all the calories that we had taken in Taiwan so far.

It was crowded with people even though the sun was killing

Chewy
We get to make our own dumplings for dinner! Actually, the ingredients and wrappers were already pre-made by the volunteers, lol. So we were BASICALLY learning to wrap the dumplings with all other things made before hand. It was a fun learning anyway! It was kind of funny when all of us started to wrap the dumplings in different shape and sizes, anything that was out of the intended ones as instructed by Alison, haha. But they were delicious though!

Sporty
After dinner, we went straight to play basketball. This is the first time we played it in NTU and we really had fun! Although my shots weren't falling as intended, it was really refreshing to get my muscles working after an idling week here in Taiwan. The others could really play basketball and I could only looked in amazement. Well, but I did contribute in passing and distributing the balls around though, haha.

And that's how we ended the day. Time to pack up for the trip down to the middle part of Taiwan. Looking forward to it. Good night all!
